I 100% agree with this statement. I have been in many situations since I started my business, where I knew my indecisiveness was hindering me from succeeding. To push myself to make decisions faster, we have made added the agenda item "decisions" to our weekly team meetings to ensure all decisions are made in a timely manner. I also recently got introduced to the concept of two-way door decisions vs. one-way door decisions (see this article here: https://www.inc.com/jeff-haden/amazon-founder-jeff-bezos-this-is-how-successful-people-make-such-smart-decisions.html) and it has helped me a lot with making decisions and having confidence in them.
Tali Mandelzweig (MeetFox) I've found that people are afraid of making a potentially wrong decision, and to avoid risk, they freeze or fail to make any decision at all.
Shaun Nestor I really can't count the times that I was brought in to just make a decision for management. They could "hide" behind "the consultant said so". Either way, wrong or right, just make a decision, keep moving and adjust if/where needed, I say. Best, Mark
